Team Tubes is deeply committed to providing essential support to the Cystic Fibrosis community in the Greater Cincinnati area. Cystic Fibrosis, a life-threatening genetic disease which demands daily treatments and necessitates costly medications. The proceeds generated through Team Tubes' events are dedicated to assisting local families in acquiring the vital medications and equipment required for their survival. Our mission is to alleviate the financial burden these families face, ensuring they have access to the necessary resources for their well-being.

In 2023, Team Tubes & community went above and beyond! Surpassing our initial goal, we not only reached but exceeded $25,000, raising a remarkable sum of nearly $27,000. Our heartfelt appreciation extends to our incredible family, friends, CF community, donors, and all champions of our cause! Every penny raised is dedicated to supporting families in need and advancing CF research.

All About Team Tubes

Chris & Lauryn Tubesing

Chris and Lauryn are parents to four children, with two of them being affected by Cystic Fibrosis. They have firsthand knowledge of the challenges associated with caring for individuals with this condition and are dedicated to alleviating that burden for families who are less fortunate.​
Alvin & Janice Doughty

Alvin and Janice, proud grandparents of children with CF, are deeply committed to providing support not only for their grandchildren but also for all those facing this disease. They serve as the organizers of Team Tubes' most significant and financially successful gathering, the annual Pig Roast held at Red Barn Family Farm. Janice has innovatively introduced the concept of a marketplace, offering a diverse range of delightful items such as dryer balls, mugs, and various artistic creations, all contributing to the Team Tubes cause.​
Katie Frider

When Katie isn't engaged in the whirlwind of keeping up with her twin toddler boys or fulfilling her teaching duties during the school year, she assumes the role of Chief Contribution Officer (CCO) for Team Tubes. Katie collaborates with both local and national businesses to secure donations that make Team Tubes' events possible. James Family
Brandon and Melissa James play a pivotal role in making the pig roast a resounding success. Their unwavering support and willingness to assist with any last-minute needs are invaluable to our event. Additionally, we benefit from Brandon's wealth of expertise when it comes to crafting our consent forms, ensuring that everything is in order and well-documented for a seamless operation. Their dedication and contributions are an integral part of our team's success.
Tubesing Family
Brad is Chris' twin brother and Laura is lovely, other half. Together, they manage the Team Tubes Attire shop, which plays a crucial role in ensuring that our merchandise reaches our customers all across the United States. In addition to their merchandising efforts, they are also responsible for procuring, preparing, and expertly cooking our renowned and beloved pig, making our events all the more special with their culinary talents. Their dedication and teamwork are instrumental in our success.
